It's huge. Capacity 50,339 for seating, not includes Arena
SMAP had a show in 2005 and 2006 and it was first time ever held a concert at the stadium
But it took 3 years for them to get permission to play there.
Performance contents, correspondence of the staff and audience's manner were checked strictly, and there was no accident for three years and achievement of audience's manner, they permitted use by the SMAP's concert.

Dreams Come True also passed examination about the use and had a concert in 2007

ARASHI is a third artist to use the place for concert.

Sakurai Sho who keeps growing into every genre surely with various faces as an ARASHI member, as an actor and as a news caster. As the idol,  how does he think about having different careers, and what he is thinking now?

Little bit of MC translation that  I gathered from the reports I read.

as everybody already knows
Sho chan broken joint of his right thumb.
According from what NINO chan who witnessed said, Sho chan flew sideways like a human cannon and thought that Sho chan hit his head.
Sho chan's right sleeve of his shirt of costume was cut.
Aiba chan helped Sho chan change his clothes and Aiba chan did Sho chan's eye make up.

Well, Sho kun was injured. He got injured during rehearsal.
Sorry, Sho kun can't dance today. His legs got hurt also.
My hands and legs are bad.

I happened to watch that, He was turning while he fell, first I thought he hit his head....then thought it could be his side You know, Sho san's got a stiff body.
I'm alright! (Sho chan shows his cast. and showing his muscle, saying this is fine too) I had Soba for lunch. It was very inconvenient since it was my right hand. I ate with fork. It was hard to wear pants. The little things became hard to do.
(Sho chan tried to drink water. A member rushed up at once and removed the lid for him. As usual Sho chan drank it while crushing the bottle.)
So today, Aiba chan who's usually not good at memorizing learns Sho kun's part and doing his best.
You don't need to say that I'm not good at memorizing.
How long will it take to heal?
About 2 weeks.
